I am not sure what we did today

We went to Le Tour, but I cant remember what we did other than ski the gullies, and the face down from the Tete de Balme

A large amount of snow fell overnight, which changed the place into a real fairytale for the children, and we spent most of the day sledging in the garden.

We even build a snowman

1997 Ski Trip, France

I cant remember who's idea it was to go as family break, but Bryon, Sue, with Jenny, together with Chris, M-J and Dom, and ourselves.

I believe that M-J booked the apartment, which turned out to be a huge chalet ... a room for each family, and a massive common area, and kitchen big enough to feed an army.









A huge garden outside, a double garage, and a spare windowless space downstairs.











When it was clear there were also great views up to Les Drus.

We left on Friday and travelled down to Troyes, where we checked into a Fast hotel... similar to an F1, and completed the journey on Saturday. We nipped into Chamonix to the tourist office to get the family Carte Neige cards

Cairngorm, Aviemore

A good clear day, but a bit of a fearsome wind. However the chairlift was working up Cairngorm, so we went for a ride then walked up to the summit.

With the wind we did not hang around long, and soon back at the car heading South.
