Hinton Ampner Gardens stroll, Winchester

We had passed Hinton Ampner many times on our way to visit the folks, and never had he opportunity to stop in.

Having Bertie did mean that it was preferable to stay outside, and it was good to stroll around the wider park land.

Starting off inside the formal gardens, before spinning into the park land.

We continued around in a wider circle around the park land beyond the gardens, then down past the van and around the front beyond the vistas, and the haw-haw walls.

Then we had to reverse to get back to the van and to try and dry out my feet after inappropriate footwear selection and wet grass.
