Back at the apartment and suitably rehydrated, and the boots drying in some afternoon sun breaking through the cloud cover, we set off for a stroll down the hill to the minimarkt on the main road directly below.
The fields were still slippery form the recent snow melt/ rain so we wandered down the road rather than the footpath that dropped more directly down the steep slope
At the bottom we followed the track alongside the river to a bridge opposite the shop. the houses here being less designer specials and more traditional
Back up the same way to the apartment, with a few curiosities on the way - the first was a structure that looed like a fruit press or something similar with long levers. The second being a material lift across the slope - presumably for lifting hay up to the barn.
