Alpine Christmas Tour, France

For many years I have been going away for New year, we started off going to the mountains and getting away from all things at home. Last year with KT only being 3 months we did not go away, however this year we would make up for it.
We were going to go way from Christmas and New Year - 2 whole weeks in an apartment in Chamonix above the Musee de Chamonix, in one of the older buildings in the town.

I think we had 14 people there some some of the time over the 14 days, Sue, KT, and myself, together with Dave, and Jane, Alan, and Lynn, Steve, Derek. Mik came for the second week, and Martin dropped in and out as he had a better offer in Switzerland for the middle days.

Overall piecing together what we did has been a challenge, and some of the days may have been swapped around a little. However there are some general memories that came from the trip as a whole...
