It was raining this morning and so while the others went shopping I did a chore dropping stuff off at the storage location n Presteigne.
When we all got back we discussed what to do and chose an option to walk back over to the pub (Yew tree pub, All Stratton) from yesterday for lunch - taking the road options to avoid the damp/ wet fields.
We walked down the farm road back to the A49, and over it to the lane beyond. Then along the B5477 into All Stratton, passing the point we had left this road yesterday and down to the pub.
A sandwich and chips for lunch then the rain returned with a vengeance, so we stopped for a coffee as well. Once it reverted to just drizzle we continued back to the campsite and an afternoon snoozing. Just a light walk, but all the better for the weather.
