this years trip, we (Bryon, Chris, and I) would go back to the Maurienne, but try a place just north of the col de Galibier and we chose Valloire.
We drove into the town and headed for the tourist office, and asked about gites... Once again we were fobbed off with an apartment, we could have it for a shortened period, but in the end I am sure we paid over the odds, bit this was all experience.We picked up a small apartment and would use it for the best part of the week we would be there.
