To make life easier we planned to go down over 3 days, the first day started with a trip across the channel in the Sea cat, to Dieppe, and then a short hop over to Orleans.
A second simple day, a trip down the motorway to Millau, and then pick up a campsite ... We settled on Camping des deux rivieres next to the Tarn river across from Millau centre.
The bridge (a new architectural wonder) was being built to alleviate the stress through the town where the motorway went rural from a section. This part always caused queues and delays as well as congestion in the town.
Checking the car after reaching the campsite showed I had some bad wear on one of the front tires ... tomorrow we would need to get this checked out and replaced. The tracking was out and the long motorway driving had taken its toll.
